Entry to the gaming floor is limited to guests aged 18 and over, the age Québec sets for casinos. Photo identification is required at the door, and management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who can't provide it, appears intoxicated, or breaks house rules. Current licensing details are available through the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ).
Room reservations require a valid payment method at booking. Standard bookings can be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before arrival; cancellations after that point, or no-shows, are billed for one night. Cabaret show tickets and poker tournament registration follow separate policies posted at the box office and the poker desk, since these are handled differently from room deposits.
Membership is free to join and can be cancelled at any time. Discounts tied to logged floor time are calculated per stay and don't carry over to future visits. The program's structure may be adjusted with reasonable notice to enrolled members.
